There is a 2nd house within the grounds where the caretaker lives permanently - this is not a rental property.

To the rear of the house is a lawned area with fruit trees and shrubs, and a large pergola with comfortable seating, table and chairs, and BBQ. The swimming pool has decking around and sun loungers. It is totally private, with a conifer hedge and mature shrubs.

Inside the property on the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, both have tiled floors and pretty bedroom furniture and furnishings :-

A proper family farmhouse kitchen again with exposed beams, fireplace with log burner and a tiled floor. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, range style cooker, microwave etc, and a large pine table and chairs to seat 8 people.

There is a wc/shower room on the groundfloor, and stairs lead off a corridor to the first floor.

At the top of the stairs is a small landing area, and doors leading off left and right.

To the left you will find 2 very large bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have velux windows, exposed beams, wardrobes, dressing table and drawers. There is a large bathroom with shower cubicle, roll top bath, wc and wash basin, and heated towel rail.

To the right, once again you will find 2 very spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed and views across the pool and countryside beyond, and the other with twin beds. Again both bedrooms have velux windows, exposed beams, wardrobes, dressing table and drawers. The large bathroom has shower cubicle with body jets, a large Jacuzzi bath tub, wc, wash basin and heated towel rails.

The farmhouse is centrally heated throughout, and suitable for winter lets.
